Key Responsibilities will include co-ordinatingactivity across delivery suite and triage. Leading emergency responses and clinical escalation. They will support staff wellbeing and promote a positive safety culture, ensuring accurate documentation and incident reporting. They will contribute to audits, guideline implementation and service development and support compliance with national maternity safety initiatives We are looking for a midwife who is a registered Midwife with substantial post-registration experience. Someone with significant intrapartum care experience who demonstrates strong clinical decision-making skills. Our person will be confident managing complex and rapidly changing situations andcommitted to safety, governance and quality improvement. They will be calm under pressure, highly organised, and passionate about supporting both families and staff.
