Weekend Support Workers | North Wales

Locations: Kinmel Bay & Rhyl - Must be willing to travel to these areas.
Hours: Minimum 4 hours per day - Flexible zero-hours contracts available

This isn't a standard domiciliary care roleyou'll provide personalised, one-to-one support, building meaningful relationships and truly making a difference.

When You'll Work:

  • Day shifts available
  • Weekend work - Saturday & Sunday's
  • Part-time opportunities

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll support clients in their own homes with:

  • Personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Moving and handling
  • Managing clinical equipment

You'll help cover existing care packages and play a key role in launching new ones.
