Our client, one of the UK's leading automotive accident repair specialists, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join their busy Hereford centre.

Duties of the Panel Beater:
- Repairing and replacing damaged or compromised body panels with precision
- Conducting chassis and framework repairs adhering to safety standards
- Assessing vehicle damage accurately and applying appropriate repair methods
- Carrying out bumper and door repairs as required
- Ensuring all repairs meet internal quality standards and industry regulations
- Working efficiently within a team to maintain smooth operational flow in a modern repair facility
- Maintaining accurate documentation of repairs and progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater; recent and relevant experience is essential
- Formal qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Panel Beating, are desirable but not essential if strong “on the job” experience is demonstrated
- Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards is advantageous but not mandatory
