The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming, cutting, and finishing leather materials to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency across all products.Key Responsibilities:Accurately trim and cut leather components according to specificationsOperate hand tools and machinery safely and efficientlyInspect materials for quality and report any defectsFollow production schedules to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean and organised work areaWork as part of a team to achieve production targetsAdhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:Previous experience working with leather or in a similar manufacturing role preferredStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to follow instructions and technical drawingsGood time management and reliabilityPositive attitude and willingness to learnBenefits:Competitive hourly rate of £12.80Early finish on FridaysStable, full-time hoursSupportive team environment
