The Achieving Change Together Team is seeking a motivated and skilled Family
Change Practitioner to support children and families with complex needs. This is an
opportunity to make a real difference to the life chances of children by working
closely with families who may be difficult to engage.

In this role, you will use your strong listening skills and ability to build trusting,
respectful relationships to help families make meaningful and sustainable positive
changes. You will promote family strengths, value individual views and wishes, and
draw on your understanding of child development to mediate, resolve conflict, and
support progress. A trauma-informed approach is essential.

You will deliver a bespoke package of support, which may include parenting
interventions and direct work with children and young people. You will work
collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and agencies, always keeping the
needs and wellbeing of children at the centre of your practice. Your work will focus
on therapeutic, strengths-based interventions and developing enduring, positive
outcomes.

As part of our highly skilled and motivated team, you will receive ongoing training
and professional development opportunities. You will contribute to long-term
interventions with families who are on the edge of care, helping them to achieve
stability and improved outcomes.
