Summary

Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes

West Midlands (Burton upon Trent, 2 homes) | Full Time | £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + OTE up to £70,000

About the Role

Join a leading and innovative provider of children’s residential services, recognised for delivering exceptional care and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. We are looking for a skilled Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy ready to progress, to lead two new EBD children’s homes.

You will have the opportunity to shape high-quality, therapeutic services and build a motivated team committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead homes in line with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
• Support registration with guidance from our Responsible Individual
• Recruit, develop, and manage your staff team
• Create and deliver safe, child-centred, and therapeutic care plans
• Oversee daily operations across both homes
• Autonomy over staff recruitment and culture

Candidate Requirements

• Registered Manager or Deputy with 3+ years in EBD residential care
• Level 5 Diploma (achieved or in progress)
• Understanding and clear ability to work within regulations and legislation to take full ownership of the homes.
• Strong strategic leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic approaches (including PACE, DDP)
• Commitment to positive outcomes for young people
