About the Role
As Care Home Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards.
Oversee the financial management of the home, including budgets and occupancy levels.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Must have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
Experience: Must have at least 3 years previous experience managing a care home or in a senior leadership role within the care sector.
Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, health and safety requirements, and person-centred care principles.
Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of residents and supporting your team.
Must be currently based and eligible to work in the UK ( we do not offer sponsorship at this time)
