For further information please refer to the job description and personal specification Work with the Molecular Diagnostics laboratories to analyse, plan and implement a programme of work to improve laboratory workflows. Analyse and document simple to highly complex clinical and administrative workflows, information, data collection and/or reporting requirements. Investigate end users preferences and populate databases as part of the configuration process. Be an expert in the application area, troubleshoot problems and address questions from end users regarding the application.
