About the Role:
PK Education is working with a fantastic primary school in Birmingham to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic PPA Teacher. This is a brilliant opportunity to cover planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time for class teachers, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons across the curriculum during teachers’ PPA time
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Support pupils’ progress in line with the school’s expectations
Plan and assess work in collaboration with class teachers
Manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching primary-aged children
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
