### About Us
At Forest Village Kindergarten, we provide a **progressive, play-based learning environment** for children aged **0–5 years**.
Based in a beautiful pavilion in **Morden Recreation Ground**, we are incredibly lucky to have access to **large natural gardens**, giving children the freedom to explore, discover, and thrive outdoors every day.

### The Role
As part of our team, you will:
* Follow children’s interests and **support their learning through play**
* Create **exciting, enabling environments**
* Inspire both children and colleagues with **awe-inspiring daily experiences**
* Build strong relationships with **children, parents, and your team**
---
### What We’re Looking For
* A passion for **child-led, play-based learning**
* Experience working in **nursery or childcare settings** (preferred)
* A creative mindset and a **love for inspiring young minds**
* A team player with a **great sense of humour**
* Confidence in mentoring parents and supporting colleagues
---
### ⏰ Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: **8:00am – 6:00pm**
* Friday: **8:00am – 1:00pm**
* Open **51 weeks a year** (closed on Bank Holidays + Christmas week)
* Includes **2 paid INSET training days**

### Salary & Benefits
* Salary from **£25,000 per year**
* Full-time, permanent role
