All about the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a vital member of our business support function. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a high‑quality support service within a dedicated service area, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll work confidently within established processes and procedures, resolving day‑to‑day queries and referring more complex matters where needed. As an organised and proactive individual, you will manage your own workload, set clear priorities, and ensure tasks are completed within short timeframes.
You will support senior colleagues by handling routine administrative duties across business, financial, communication, facilities and/or HR activities, becoming fully familiar with the procedures within your specialism. At times, you may also take responsibility for ensuring matters are dealt with appropriately when colleagues are out of the office.
While some roles at this level may focus on a specific set of tasks, all require strong customer service skills. Providing excellent service will be at the heart of your work and will shape your approach every day.

There are 13 Operations Support Assistants providing support to adult social care staff to ensure the efficient running of the service.
All about You
You will be familiar with a range of business administration processes, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload and use your initiative when there are conflicting priorities. You will have experience of working in a busy office, with the ability to treat customers with dignity and respect and be competent in a range of IT tools, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
