UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for an Older Adult Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care Team at HMP Wakefield, a category A prison in Wakefield. This role is pivotal in shaping and developing an integrated older adult pathway within a high secure estate, supporting our older adults with frailty, dementia, and social care requirements. The post holder will work collaboratively with healthcare colleagues, prison operational staff, and external partners to improve outcomes, dignity, safety, and quality of life for older adults in custody. Hours This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekend flexibility if the business requires Salary Youll receive an annual salary of £51,643 - £58,012 depending on experience.
