Our fantastic client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Tamworth, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking firm known for its supportive culture, high-quality work, and modern approach.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
⦁ Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters
⦁ Providing expert legal advice to clients
⦁ Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
⦁ Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
⦁ Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

⦁ Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
⦁ Strong technical knowledge of property law
⦁ Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
⦁ Excellent communication and client care skills
⦁ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
⦁ A proactive and team-oriented approach
