What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading identification, assessment, and support planning for SEND students
• Coordinating EHCPs, interventions, and tailored curriculum adaptations
• Collaborating with families, external agencies, and internal staff
• Training, coaching, and upskilling staff in inclusive practices
• Monitoring SEND provision, driving measurable progress, and reporting to SLT
• Meeting statutory duties as the school’s key point of SEND expertise

Ideal "SENCO" for this Greenwich School:
• UK-trained teacher with QTS OR experienced practitioner in SEND
• Graded Good or Outstanding in recent teaching/SEN roles
• Passionate, resilient, and strongly evidence-driven
