As a Support Worker with Moor & Coast Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in helping adults live independently and achieve their personal goals. Your duties will include providing daily living support such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and household tasks. You will also encourage social inclusion by supporting individuals to access community activities, education, or work opportunities.
