IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Passenger Assistants to support children and young people on their journey to and from school or college. This is a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference every day.
Key Duties-
Support passengers during transport to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

Assist children and young people with additional needs.

Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of passengers at all times.

Provide a friendly, reassuring presence throughout the journey.

Experience working with or being around children is essential.

Experience with special educational needs or disabilities is desirable.

Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach.

Positive, reliable attitude and willingness to cover shifts at short notice.

Enhanced DBS check (including Children's & Adults Barred Lists).

Full training provided.
