A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Commercial / Sales Manager to join an excellent construction business in the Somerset area.
With no day ever being the same the Commercial / Sales Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a industry leading environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within architectural and construction sectors
- Build relationships with architects, practices, and key project decision-makers
- Generate, qualify, and manage new business leads and enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and opportunities
- Support business development by creating a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound business development
- Experience communicating and working with architects and construction professionals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills
- Confidence engaging with senior professionals and navigating organisations
- Strong organisation, lead qualification, and self-management skills
Package and Benefits:
