Administration To have a thorough knowledge of all practice procedures. To work in accordance of written protocols. Patient navigation/signposting to various services. Scanning, filing and readcoding documents Reception Receiving patients Consulting with members of practice clinical teams Navigation of patients to correct services and appointments Be able to cover for annual leave/sickness when required Appointments Process appointment requests from patients by telephone and in person. Computer Registrations of new patients computer data entry and medical records. Process patients change of address computer data and medical records (have knowledge of practice area). Telephone Have working knowledge of our new cloud telephony telephone system (training given). Other Tasks Adhere to practice policies Any other tasks allocated by Managers Confidentiality: In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust us with, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their health and other matters.
