You’ll take ownership of the College’s video activity, from concept through to production and help develop a strategy to grow our YouTube channel, increasing reach, engagement and audience growth.

Alongside video production, you will act as the College’s corporate photographer, planning and managing photoshoots across the organisation and capturing engaging imagery for campaigns, digital platforms and recruitment materials.

This role requires creativity, organisation and confidence particularly when directing students and staff during shoots to capture the very best content.

About You

You’ll also bring:

- Strong video recording and editing skills
- Confidence using professional camera equipment, lighting and audio
- Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
- Photography skills and the confidence to direct people during shoots
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a strong eye for detail

Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a desire to continuously develop your craft.

In return? High standards, high trust and high reward. You’ll benefit from a generous holiday allowance, generous pension contributions and a wide range of additional employee benefits plus the chance to be part of a friendly, ambitious team that takes pride in doing brilliant work.
