What You Will Be Doing
As a Cook, you will support the smooth running of our Food & Beverage service to ensure customers enjoy delicious food in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard,
Serving customers politely and efficiently,
Working safely in a busy kitchen environment,
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene,
Following food safety, allergen, and stock management procedures,
Keeping kitchen checklists complete and up to date,
Working independently or as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.
If you already hold Food Safety & Hygiene certification, fantastic. If not, we will support you to gain it through in-house training.
