Working with Teaching Personnel, you'll be placed in a school we work very closely with, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. This particular school is known for its welcoming, friendly staff team and positive environment - so much so that many of our candidates go on to secure permanent roles because they genuinely love being there!
The Role
- Position: Behavioural Buddy
- Location: Brighton
- Hours: 8:30am - 15:30pm
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Availability: Full-Time
- Start: ASAP / Post Easter

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students with behavioural needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Acting as a strong, positive role model
- Helping students regulate emotions and engage with learning
- Building trusting relationships that promote confidence and stability
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND or behavioural needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient approach
- The ability to set boundaries while remaining supportive and encouraging
- Must hold or be willing to apply for a Child Only Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
