Are you a flexible, proactive Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact across a primary school setting?

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Nuneaton, rated 'Good' by OFSTED, who are seeking a versatile Teaching Assistant to support across multiple year groups. This role will involve a combination of whole-class support, small group interventions, and 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including those with SEN such as ASD and ADHD.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible support across different year groups as required
- Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities
- Work with small groups to deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and social development
- Offer 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, including ASD and ADHD
- Support pupils with focus, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to meet individual learning needs
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- Confidence supporting across different year groups
- Experience supporting children with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, or similar needs)
- A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Ability to deliver both small group interventions and 1:1 support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification (or equivalent)
