We are seeking a female Healthcare Assistant to join her care team on a maternity cover basis, working Monday to Thursday.
Our client is a lady in her 50s who requires support with personal care tasks in the morning and in the late evening. Hours will be around 8:30-10:30am – 8:30pm-10:30pm. These may increase over time once a rapport has been made.
She is an independent individual who is very family-oriented, loves animals, and enjoys music, gardening, and trips to the seaside. She lives alone with her small, friendly dog.
This role involves providing essential daily support, including PEG feeding and intimate care through delegated healthcare tasks. You’ll also assist with household responsibilities such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, attending appointments, and supporting her to access the community. On occasion, you may also help with walking her dog.
Requirements:
• Female applicants only
• Must speak clear English
• Warm, engaging, and confident in supporting our client with intimate personal care tasks
• Care experience is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and personality most
• You must demonstrate initiative, confidence, and professional boundaries
• Knowledge or experience of neurological conditions is an advantage
• If you have 3 years’ care experience and experience delivering delegated healthcare tasks such as PEG management and Diabetes, this would be an advantage
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
• Applicants must live locally or be able to travel reliably to Warsop
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday
8.30am–10:30am and 8.30pm–10.30pm
Additional hours may be offered when accessing the community and attending hospital appointments.

Hourly Rate – £14.25
5.6 weeks pro rata holiday allowance and pension
