Ensure installations are delivered in line with company quality standards, electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
Carry out site inspections and monitor workmanship, productivity and compliance.
Support training, development and mentoring across the installation team.
Help resolve on-site technical issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Work closely with project management, design and office teams to ensure strong project handover and delivery.
Contribute to process improvements, installation standards and operational efficiency across the business.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications and current industry knowledge.
Proven experience within solar PV, battery storage or a related electrical installation environment.
