New Education Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our welcoming team at Bengeworth CE Academy, Evesham.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional who wishes to combine a passion for classroom teaching with strategic leadership in Special Educational Needs. This is a dual role designed for a Teacher with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting every child’s potential. The position is full time, with release time for SENCo duties.
The successful candidate will:
Provide high quality learning and teaching within the school
Lead on the development of intervention within the school
Support SENCo needs within the school
Provide effective behaviour management and social and emotional development for pupils
Work in partnership with parents and carers in supporting the education of their children
