Crynodeb
There is a degree of flexibility within the job plan and this example is for illustrative purposes only. Where individuals have a speciality interest this can be considered and job planed if mutually beneficial. This schedule outlines the Direct Clinical Care component (DCC) of the job plan. In addition the candidate will be on the General medial on call rota and MAU weekend rota. SPA activity and clinical admin can be delivered flexibly around the clinical shifts. SPA activity is outlined in the accompanying table and is delivered over the 5 week cycle rather than per week. It would be expected the successful candidate would organise their own timetable with regard to fitting this activity into the job plan. There would be flexibility to swap shifts to prevent longer periods of work inadvertently caused by the on call rotas.
