Crynodeb
Quality and Safety Participate in clinical governance processes and quality improvement activities. Contribute to audits and significant event reviews. Support safeguarding responsibilities in line with statutory requirements. Contribute to achieving QOF and contractual requirements. Education and Development Participate in protected learning time sessions. Access one half-day per month for CPD through the EPIC programme (funded by the local ICB). Engage in appraisal and revalidation. Support teaching of pharmacists or other learners where appropriate. Teamwork and Collaboration Work closely with GP partners, salaried GPs, ANPs, pharmacists, first-contact physios and administrative staff. Attend practice meetings. Contribute to service improvement where appropriate. Working Pattern Sessions are delivered at Maidenhead. Fixed working days are agreed in advance, with a predictable rota from the outset. There are no ad-hoc or last-minute site changes. Minimum 4 sessions per week.
