Crynodeb
To lead and coordinate the delivery and development of the Urology nurse practitioner service through the use of effective evidence based practice in line with agreed national standards for patient safety and clinical practice To lead on the development of specialist nursing services for patients referred into the Urology nurse practitioner service. To participate in the development of a nurse practitioner led / delivered service model for patients accessing Urology services To develop a one-stop multi professional approach for patients with symptoms relating to a range of urological conditions / symptoms.
