Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, observation, and empathy. Confident in negotiation, problemsolving, and prioritising workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to record information accurately and sensitively. Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Experience in working with Autistic people. Experience building effective relationships with staff from other agencies or organisations. Confident using IT for tasks such as report writing and communication. Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or ADHD Desirable Experience working in mainstream or specialist education settings. Experience delivering training. Experience contributing to neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments for children, young people, or adults.
