Adapt Commercial Cleaning are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team for 10 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day, within the Cheltenham area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The role is a permanent opportunity working for large and established business within Wales and the South West.
Hourly rate will be £13.45 per hour paid 4 weekly by BACS.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Client promptly.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client expectations.
Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or concerns.
Skills
Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to drive may be advantageous for travelling between different sites.
Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any inquiries professionally.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
