Crynodeb
This is a hybrid role combining customer service, technical support, and sales engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle — from pre-sales consultation to after-sales technical assistance — while also identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Customer Service
-Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
-Provide timely and professional support to global clients
-Handle order updates, delivery tracking, and general customer issues
-Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
-Sales Engineering
-Prepare quotations and proposals
Degree or background in Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications, Broadcast Engineering, or related field. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages like Spanish are a plus)
