Cleaning Supervisor / Cleaner - Winsford, CW 7
3 hours per day - 7am to 10am Monday to Friday - 15 hours per week. Worked as follows:
2 hours per day as a Supervisor @ £13.14 per hour = £131.40 per week
1 hour per day as a cleaner @ £12.71 per hour = £63.55 per week
Equivalent to £194.95 per week paid monthly.
You will be responsible for the supervision of a small team of cleaners. You will be required to clean receptions, offices, kitchens, toilets and washrooms within a factory environment in the Winsford area and cleaning will be to the highest standards.
You will need to be able to provide 2 checkable work references following your interview.
Full training will be provided to BICSc standard

- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise toilets and washrooms to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used effectively and stored correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
