An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive has arisen with our growing client based at their site based in rural Cambridgeshire and close to Royston. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Marker to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, events and campaign strategy within a fast-growing technology company. The role is full-time, permanent and based on site at their offices in Fowlmere.

The role
As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping ow the brand is seen across global markets, You will plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support our international sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities will include the following areas:
Planning:
• Collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute e marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Digital Marketing:
• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid search and email to drive lead generation and website engagement
• Develop high-quality campaign content including blogs, case studies and marketing assets
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to evaluate and improve campaign performance
Content Creation:
• Create compelling and targeted content for a range of platforms including website pages, blog posts, whitepapers and case studies
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing and communication channels
Event Management:
• Support and coordinate marketing activity for international exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise engagement and follow-up opportunities from events
Market Research
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity to support marketing strategy
Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management and customer service to ensure marketing initiatives support wider business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders
The Person
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, for this role we are seeking someone who is looking for a busy and diverse role and the following skills and attributes:
• Ideally educated to Degree levels within a relevant Marketing subject but not essential
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a technical, engineering or industrial sector
• A good understanding of website and marketing analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEMrush with preferred knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS would be desirable
• Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience in the following: Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, planning and delivering marketing initiatives or campaigns, optimising landing pages and marketing funnels, A/B testing and campaign performance optimisation, supporting marketing activity for exhibitions, events or product launches
• We are seeking someone who is highly creative who can identify target audiences and developing campaigns that inform and engage
Details
This role is offered on a Full-time, permanent basis and the Working hours are 37.5 hours a week: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 15:45 (with 45 min unpaid lunch).
The salary offered is depending on experience and offers some excellent benefits as well as the opportunity to progress and grow within the business. There are includes regular social events and get togethers, as well as some great benefits too.
