Description
The Allocations Officer (Level 6) plays a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the allocation process to ensure optimal resource distribution and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing inventory levels, monitoring supply chain dynamics, and forecasting future resource needs to prevent shortages or excess. Responsibilities
Manage and monitor allocation of resources to ensure efficient distribution across departments.

Develop and implement improvements to current allocation processes and procedures.
Prepare and present detailed reports on allocation metrics and performance to senior management.
Resolve allocation discrepancies and address stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of allocations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in resource allocation, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various allocation tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in allocation software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and reports.
Educational background in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.
