CONVERSION SPECIALIST

Location: Welshpool Pay: From £22.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 Shift Rotation 12-hour days & nights/36 hours per week
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Provide technical support for lamination, coating and slitting
• Develop training programs and offer ongoing support to operators
• Find process improvements that reduce waste and improve quality
• Set up machines in line with the production plan
• Follow safety procedures and basic maintenance
• Check and commission new technologies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Extensive lamination and slitting experience
• Flexible and team focused approach
• Conscientious approach to quality
• Good attendance and time-keeping
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban
