Evening shifts only (4pm–10pm)
We are currently recruiting evening‑only Community Care Workers to support individuals living in:
Tiverton, Cullompton, Culmstock and nearby rural villages.
Alternate weekend availability is essential, covering at least two evening shifts per weekend.
Contract options to suit your lifestyle
Salaried Contracts — get paid for your full shift
Perfect if you want consistency and security.
Paid for the full 4pm–10pm shift (not per call)
Minimum 3 evening shifts per week
Includes alternate weekends
Ideal for those who value stable income and guaranteed hours
Flexible Contracts — work around your availability
Great if you need flexibility.
Pay‑per‑contact, from £13.00 per hour
Enhanced pay for evenings and weekends
Casual, flexible working without fixed hours
All carers receive 45p per mile on top of pay — whichever contract you choose.

You’ll support people to remain independent in the homes and communities they love by providing:
Friendly, respectful personal care
Support with meals, medication and daily living
Genuine companionship
Simple electronic visit notes using the Beehive Care app
No experience? No problem — full training and mentoring provided.
