Our client, a reputable franchise-approved dealership in Warwickshire, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent chance to advance your career with a well-established company that values its staff and offers a supportive working environment.

- Up to £28,000 basic salary with an OTE of £35,000
- Monthly incentivised bonus scheme
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (holiday allowance increasing with service)
- No weekend working – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm

Duties:
- Provide proactive and professional customer service to clients scheduling vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs
- Welcome customers into the Service Department and liaise with them throughout the service process
- Coordinate with the workshop team to chase work in progress and keep customers informed
- Arrange for courtesy vehicles where necessary
- Upsell additional products, services, and warranties where appropriate
- Ensure effective communication between customers and the workshop team
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles
- IT proficiency, ideally with Kerridge/ADP systems
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and liaising with vehicle manufacturers is advantageous but not essential
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
