Duties:
- Managing reactive and scheduled maintenance to ensure fleet efficiency and minimal downtime
- Handling breakdown requests, organising repairs, and prioritising workload
- Processing service requests and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate activities effectively
- Updating and managing fleet activity records within internal systems
- Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and ready for use at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive or fleet management, with prior experience as a Service Controller preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with fleet management systems is highly desirable
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- IT literacy with great attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships quickly and resolve issues effectively
