What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in KS1.

• A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

• A caring, patient nature and a strong commitment to safeguarding.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

• Create a fun, safe, and inspiring learning environment.

• Support children’s development across the KS1 curriculum.

• Observe, assess, and record pupil progress.

• Work closely with staff, parents, and other professionals.

• Encourage positive behaviour and foster curiosity, confidence, and independence.
