Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Headteacher with experience across Key Stages 1 and 2 to play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day leadership of our school. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and development of our community, ensuring the smooth and effective management of routines, systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold our high expectations and secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils, regardless of their starting points. You will promote an inclusive and positive ethos that fosters excellent behaviour, conduct and wellbeing for every pupil.
As part of a collaborative trust, you will also support cross-hub working, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across multiple schools where required.
Key Responsibilities
• Champion the Academy’s vision and values.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of the school’s aims and priorities.
• Lead and manage staff and resources effectively to maximise impact.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on school performance and pupil outcomes.
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required.
• Ensure the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding at all times.
