Summary
We are seeking a Solicitor to join our team in Abergavenny. This role is vital in ensuring our legal compliance and supporting our business operations with expert legal guidance. The ideal candidate will be based in or near the region, ready to contribute to our company's growth and integrity.

Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters relevant to the cleaning industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
Ensure company adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Support management with legal risk assessments.
Keep abreast of changes in legislation affecting the business.
Assist in resolving legal disputes efficiently.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary

Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor with relevant legal accreditation.
Proven experience in contract law or commercial law preferred.
Strong negotiation skills supported by relevant experience.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Ability to interpret legislation and advise accordingly.
Proactive approach to legal compliance and risk management.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations is a plus.
