Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm

About the Role
We're looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join a growing food manufacturing site that prepares meat‑based products for major retailers. You'll be working in an ambient‑temperature production area, carrying out a mix of packing, line work, and general production duties. This role offers consistent daytime hours, long‑term stability, and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Work on a busy production line handling various food products
- Pack, sort and label items to required standards
- Carry out simple quality checks
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
- Keep your workstation clean and organised
- Perform light to moderate lifting during the shift

- A reliable, positive, hands‑on worker
- Comfortable working on your feet and at a steady pace
- Good attention to detail
- Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
- Own transport is highly advantageous due to the rural location
