We are excited to advertise a secondment opportunity for a proactive Pharmacist to represent the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Directorate at Addenbrooke's Hospital.

You will provide clinical leadership to the MSK (aka Trauma and Orthopaedic) teams at CUH, collaborating with the MDT and wider Pharmacy teams to ensure high quality pharmaceutical care is received by patients.

You will work closely alongside the Lead Pharmacist for Surgery and have the opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills in a welcoming team environment.

Please note this is a Part Time role for 29 hours per week, due to commence in August 2026.

To provide and oversee the Clinical Pharmacy Service to three Wards under the MSK Directorate. This includes clinical duties such as medicines reconciliation, patient counselling and medicines optimisation.

You will also represent Pharmacy at a Directorate level, attending clinical governance meetings, overseeing active trials and contributing to guideline / PGD developments.

Actively oversee the training and development of junior Pharmacists and provision of regular training sessions to the wider MSK MDT.
