Site Manager - Housing Development

Eastbourne

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential housing development in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable construction company delivering high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site operations for a residential housing project

  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel

  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and site regulations

  • Monitor build programme, budgets, and project deadlines

  • Carry out quality inspections and ensure high build standards

  • Maintain site documentation, reports, and records

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing housing/residential developments

  • Strong understanding of UK construction and H&S regulations

  • SMSTS certification (essential)

  • Valid CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)

  • First Aid at Work certification

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Rate £280 -£300

  • Company vehicle or car allowance
