Abercerdin Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Learning Support Officer to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning, committed to inclusive practice, and able to lead and inspire others.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Early Years child development and a proven ability to plan, organise and evaluate highly effective learning opportunities across Foundation learning in both indoor and outdoor environments. They will know how to use a range of assessment techniques effectively as an integral part of this process. Proven experience across the primary phase is also a requirement for this post.
They will need to demonstrate excellent classroom practice and a strong commitment to pupil progress. The successful candidate will have the ability to form caring and trusting relationships with both children and their families.
