Join us in a role where your industry expertise becomes a driving force for future technicians. We’re looking for someone who can
bring vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair to life. If you thrive in a well‑organised, safety‑focused workshop
and enjoy keeping pace with the latest developments—from hybrid systems to cutting‑edge electric technology—this is your chance to
make a real impact. Alongside technical training, you’ll help learners build the employability and customer‑service skills that
define today’s automotive professionals.

This role is 37 hours per week - Term time only (46 weeks a year) so the salary will be pro rata'd accordingly

What your day to day might look like:

* Deliver engaging sessions across vocational, academic, and employability programmes, with the support of experienced tutors.
* Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
* Work with learners individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among learners.
* Achieve a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET)
* Participate in internal training and CPD
* Support activities towards assessment, attendance
* Assess, record, and report learner progress following awarding body and centre requirements to support quality assurance
processes.
* Contribute to the continuous development of course materials and delivery methods.
* Engage positively with learners, parents/carers, and colleagues to ensure learner success.




What We're Looking For:

* A passionate educator or motor vehicle industry expert with experience or interest in teaching
* Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential
* Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and End-Point Assessment (EPA) would be a bonus but not essential
* Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference
