We are looking for an inspiring and credible leader who can motivate and support a dedicated team while building trusting relationships with residents. The successful candidate will be empathetic, non-judgemental, and deeply committed to supporting people with complex needs in a respectful and compassionate way.
You will bring experience of working with vulnerable adults and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by people who have experienced homelessness. Just as importantly, you will be committed to anti-oppressive and strengths-based practice, recognising and building on the abilities, resilience, and potential of every individual.
We are seeking someone who leads by example, creating a positive and reflective team culture that places dignity, respect, and person-centred support at the heart of the service. A relevant professional qualification in health, social care, housing, or a related field is desirable.
