Crynodeb
Provide national clinical operational leadership to ensure safe, effective and efficient service delivery aligned with contractual, regulatory and strategic requirements. Lead development, implementation and improvement of the standard operating model, including clinical processes, documentation and enabling technologies. Provide independent oversight of clinical governance, including patient safety incidents, investigations, audit schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead national service improvement, transformation initiatives and workforce development programmes, including competency frameworks, recruitment pathways and structured training. Act as the key liaison between clinical teams and enabling functions, operations, commercial, IT etc. Ensuring alignment between clinical delivery and commercial strategy.
