Crynodeb
Qualifications required You will have a clinical qualification at Degree level or above in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration and evidence of transferable mental health skills and practice. Professional knowledge acquired through degree supplemented by diploma level specialist training, experience, and short courses in the areas of child development, attachment or family functioning is essential. Registration with NMC/HCPC is essential. Experience Sound experience of working with CYP with a variety of mental health and/or neurodiversity needs for at least 5 years Demonstrable ability to develop practical innovations and approaches to issues and complex problems. Awareness of National agendas for the development and growth of CYPS ND Expertise and experience in supervision and supporting the growth of other staff. Proven ability to provide training and education regarding neurodevelopmental and complex clinical topics Proven track record of building positive relationships with partner agencies. Suitable for someone who This role requires a high level of skill in supporting a multidisciplinary team based in several clinics across the County of Surrey and liaison with other agencies, professional and voluntary. The role requires the ability to operate with a high degree of professional autonomy but work collaboratively with other members of the team and wider network to meet the needs of children, young people and their families.
