We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador to help deliver an exceptional workplace experience for our clients and end users.
This role forms a key part of our placemaking culture, driving the customer touchpoint journey and acting as an ambassador of outstanding service.
You will help create spaces where people can thrive, feel supported and enjoy a seamless workplace environment.
Job Description
You will work as part of the workplace experience and front-of-house teams, supporting events, service delivery and day-to-day workplace operations.
Your focus will be on enhancing the workplace environment, increasing wellbeing, productivity and connection, and actively identifying opportunities to improve service experience in line with our global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Help deliver exceptional customer service by creating a great work environment for users and colleagues
Act as a natural host for guests and employees, including reception support and hosting client events
Serve as the main point of contact on the client floor, responding to queries and escalating service issues
Handle workplace tasks such as scheduling, desk moves, cleaning requests, missing items and general enquiries
Take ownership of and carry out daily floor inspections, reporting engineering issues to relevant teams
Support workplace communications, engagement activities and service improvements
Maintain accurate movement logs and workplace records
Undertake tours of the entire building while providing a welcoming and professional presence
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, service or a customer-facing environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Confident with workplace systems (e.g., MS Office)
High attention to detail
Motivated, committed and customer-focused
Understanding of Health & Safety principles
Professional and personable, with the ability to build rapport and create positive experiences
